Introduction to Abaqus

This course is a comprehensive and unified introduction to the modeling and analysis capabilities of Abaqus. This course is designed for learners without prior Abaqus experience. In this course, learners will acquire knowledge to solve linear and nonlinear problems from working with geometry, meshing, problem setup, submitting and monitoring analysis jobs to viewing simulation results using the interactive interface of Abaqus.

OBJECTIVES

Upon completing this course, the learners will understand knowledge and acquire skills in simulating analysis of the topics listed below. After completing this course, you will be able to use the following products: Abaqus/CAE, Abaqus/Standard, and Abaqus/Explicit.

LECTURE

  • Linear and nonlinear structural analysis
