Thermo-fluid software specializes in robust flow and heat simulation through structured mesh generation with self-equipped pre-processor, solver, and post-processor. Incorporated with Heat Designer, scStream is customized to be extremely user-friendly. The structured mesh allows high-speed computation via powerful meshing techniques:

• Voxel method (of slant and curved face represented as cuboid),
• Cut-cell method (allows refinement near surface of CAD geometry), and
• Finite element method (A model of an arbitrary shape defined with unstructured mesh can be overlapped
• on a model defined with structured mesh).

scStream is customized particularly for civil engineering and electronic component thermo-fluid analysis. The build-in HVAC components (ac, fan, axial fan, panels) and electronic parts designs (plate fin, pin fin, card guide, slit punching, two-resistor, Delphi) makes easy the geometry setup. Options of internal flow (enclosure heat release), external flow (natural convection, forced convection, and winds blowing through buildings) are available.
